We have 35 years of manufacturing and export experience. We aim to make  development process more cost‑effective while providing limitless options for our customers to choose from. We provided OEM service to our oversea buyers. Product is made according to customer’s design, material, and specifications. From sketch to proto sample, we manage fitting and modifications until final production approval. Because we develop products from the very beginning, we fully understand their features and aware of any potential issue, ensuring production quality will be as good as sample. Therefore, all of our production is extremely well received by our business partners.
We love fashion and embrace challenges.We are not only a manufacturer but also a vendor devoted to development.  Our team collaborates closely with designers to discuss the right techniques and construction methods. With a vast database of patterns, samples, and fabrics, we share our design and manufacturing expertise for reference. From fabric sourcing to pattern creation, we complete samples to satisfaction. Our experienced pattern makers can work from a sketch, fitting garments on body forms to ensure accuracy in details and fit. Supported by a large sample workshop, we handle garment construction, create mock‑ups, and provide alternative solutions when better options in sewing or construction arise.
We prepare a final sample before production begins. The pre‑production sample is made with bulk fabric, trims, and finalized production patterns. Factory manager holds a pre‑production meeting with the technical team, pattern makers, and sewing leaders. During this meeting, we review fit comments and workmanship, establish quality standards, and highlight precautions for potential issues. At the same time, we cross‑check the tech pack, trims sheet, and fabric card to ensure all materials and packaging are 100% correct as required. Only when the PP sample is approved and the checklist verified, then production is ready to start.
Our factory follows strict guidelines for quality control, supported by a professional QC team with a strong sense of responsibility. They conduct two major inspections: In‑line, carried out during the initial production lot, and the second is a final inspection once goods are completed. While buyers often request international inspection standard AQL 2.5, we go further by performing 100% internal inspections. We pursue our product will go beyond customer’s standard. We also welcome QC representatives or third‑party auditors come to factory for inspection, enabling face‑to‑face discussions on improving sewing techniques, workmanship, and shipment quality.
For long‑term partnerships, we provide tailored packaging solutions such as hangers, hangtags, stickers, and polybags. Our purchasing team develops packaging materials and establishes a complete set of specifications to ensure consistency in shipment. Every product is packed and protected according to its size, guaranteeing safe delivery under the best condition. We ensure packaging not only meets customer requirements but also enhances presentation, sustainability, and consumer appeal
We provide comprehensive procurement services for overseas materials, ensuring smooth and efficient sourcing for our buyers. Our experienced team can arrange import licenses and handle customs clearance for a wide range of fabrics and trims. Beyond basic coordination, we verify quality standards, and secure lead time. With strong industry connections, we are able to source specialty fabrics and unique accessories that enhance product value. By managing the entire procurement process, we guarantee that materials arrive on time, and meet specifications.     
Our factory is compliance with international labour law. We have professionals to support third-party auditor conducting social compliance audit in a regular basis. These audits cover key objectives such as workplace safety, employee security, ethical operations, and compliance with government regulations as well as buyers’ standards. We aslo welcome inspectors and external partners to evaluate our practices, ensuring transparency and accountability.
