A Payment by wire transfer.
For sample order, 100% payment in advance.
For bulk order, 50% deposit balance 50% before shipment.

Q Can I ask for sample before placing orders?
A Yes, but you need to pay for the sample and courier cost.

Q Is the product available in stock?
A We have stock in most of online products. If we don't, we can produce for you.

Q Do you accept low MOQ orders?
A We don’t set minimum. We accept orders below 10 pieces, we can make even 2 pieces.

Q How long to make a sample?
A If it is your own design, samples can be finished in 14 days after receiving the sample fee.
If it is selected from our design, samples can be sent within 7 days after receiving the sample fee.

Q Can I put my brand logo on the products?
A You can put your brand logo on our design but you have to provide labels to us.

Q Do you offer ODM service?
A Yes, we provide ODM service and upload new styles frequently, you can select styles from our website.
